To accomplish the Partnership’s vision and goals, ten work groups have defined and are implementing thirty projects. Work groups are committed to accomplishing the projects with minimum help from Partnership staff; they are work groups, not advisory committees. For each of the thirty projects, this progress report provides a summary of what was accomplished in the first two years of implementation (7/03–6/05) and what was planned for the third and final year, ending in June 2006.
