Tools We Offer

The tools Better Ending has developed to bring awareness to the importance of advance care planning include:

  1. The signature eight-page brochure, A Guide for a Better Ending;
    over 90,000 copies of the Guide have been distributed,
    including versions for African American, Vietnamese and Spanish readers, and the visually impaired
  2. Two videos, featuring families who recount their experiences with end-of-life care
  3. The Better Ending web site, with expanded Resources for hospice and palliative care
  4. Information sheets: Making Health Care Decisions for Others, Chronic Illness: The Long Journey
